Linda Borenstein, Principal
With twenty-three years of information systems experience,
Ms. Borenstein has very strong management and project management
experience. She has managed information system departments
in three large, national health care provider and managed
care organizations, building and leading application and technical
development and support groups. She has also worked with a
large health care system vendor and has had consulting experience
with a large accounting firm and with her own consulting firm
which has merged with IMPEL Consulting Solution. She has a
BS in Nursing from Boston University and an MBA from George
Washington University.
Kathleen McSweeney, Principal
With seventeen years of IT systems experience, nine of which
have been in consulting, Ms. McSweeney brings extensive and
strong project management and business analysis skills. She
has managed large projects throughout the systems lifecycle
and excels at being involved in the details and the big picture
simultaneously. Ms. McSweeney has also worked for a range
of regional and national health care organizations, giving
her an extensive knowledge of the health care provider industry.
She has a BA from Boston University.
Calvin Ho, Principal
With seven years of consulting experience and a total of thirteen
years in the health care industry, Mr. Ho brings excellent
business analysis and user interface skills. He has worked
as the information technology partner of critical users in
three large, regional and national health care provider organizations,
understanding their needs and translating them into requirements
and systems at the department and enterprise level. He has
a Masters Degree in Health Administration from the Medical
College of Virginia and a BS in Business Administration from
the University of Maryland.
